Welcome to Spectre Tech Limited. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1 Services Provided
- Software development and engineering solutions
- Sales of computers, accessories, and mobile phones
- Consulting and support services
- Graphics design services
2 Orders & Payments
- A 45% deposit is required for all service engagements.
- Full payment must be completed before delivery of products or completion of services.
- Prices for ongoing services may change — clients will be informed in advance of any adjustments.
3 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days under the following conditions:
- If an order is cancelled before any work has started or before product distribution/shipping.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and always apply for products shipped from Nairobi.
- Refunds are not available once work has begun or products have been shipped.
- If a product or system has flaws caused by Spectre Tech Limited or our team, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- In the case of system failures, fixes will be provided at no extra cost.
- Dissatisfaction with services does not automatically qualify for a refund, but all concerns will be addressed via email within 24 hours.
Product Returns (separate from services)
Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if faulty or not as described. Items must be in original condition. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the fault is ours.
4 Meetings & Communication
- Zoom meetings are compulsory for all software development projects.
- Physical meetings are required for services other than graphics design.
- Graphics design services are exempt from compulsory physical meetings.
5 Intellectual Property
- All software, designs, and content provided by Spectre Tech Limited remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
- Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute our work without written consent.
6 Limitation of Liability
- Spectre Tech Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.
- Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.
7 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or service agreements that violate these Terms without prior notice.
8 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved under Kenyan jurisdiction.
